Ο ρόλος της κοινωνικής οικονομίας στην περίοδο της οικονομικής κρίσης και η συμβολή της στην απασχόληση

The diplomatic work entitled "The role of the social economy in times of economic crisis and its contribution to employment" is intended to highlight the contribution of the social economy in employment in the current economic crisis. More specifically, initially presented the phenomenon of social economy in the sense of, how shall we offer to the community and how the work is related to employment such persons belonging to vulnerable groups and general. Then the change has occurred in the working standard nowadays and how it affects social and economic society as a whole and whether the social economy organizations can potentially intervene as a buffer to some extent. Also shown is the phenomenon of the social economy in the legislative framework for the EU but also in our country. On the above problem was studied social work offered by the social economy in general and the jobs created through the action of the social economy. In this context are presented and working conditions and standards that exist in social economy organizations that offer jobs to people or vulnerable groups or individuals generally working professionally in the field of social economy e.g. scientific staff and more. Studied how they have changed working conditions for social economy entities operating nowadays with the difficult economic situation we are going through than before, whether social enterprises stick of operational and financial crisis and whether the continued operation is an important factor of economic and social in general, since as businesses contribute to the economic process in general but physically and socially because their purpose is primarily social and human nature. Featured extensively social economy organizations like e.g. the "Folia" or social grocery and conclusions are given on the issue of working with field research in the social enterprise "Pagkaki". Concluding his work there epilogue with conclusions from this research and what they possibly can show the phenomenon of social economy in our country the period of economic crisis.
