This subject is huge and my forces small. I tried therefore to present this with the shortest and more comprehensive way. In the six first chapters are given the basic sense and the definitions that concern the matter of transplantations and its relations with the domestic law and the alien law, as well as with the ethics. The seventh chapter treats the medical deontology, because this constitutes a most important aspect of the problem.
