The object which this paper addresses is the potential difficulties faced by former users of addictive substances during their reintegration into society and entering the labor market. These difficulties are likely to affect people thus driven back into use, making relapses. In the theoretical part, the course until the person reaches the stage of social reintegration will be reported. That the use and dependence in detox and then the period of rehabilitation. In this state the types of substances, physical and psychological dependence, the process of detoxification, rehabilitation programs and the reintegration phase, will be reported.
