The current diplomatic work with object the influence of the Law 3655/2008, with regards to the operation of the Unified Insurance Fund of Independently Employed and it is based methodological on a flexible project research, the case study of Unified Insurance Fund of Independently Employed and mainly contains so quantitative and qualitative data.The data that we used to conclude on were collected from primary and secondary sources, such as book studies, websites, articles, useful data is the creation of the newly number indexes from the budgets of previous funds.The first chapter refers to the history of the social system in Greece and Europe, especially the results that were produced from the law adjustments in the past 20 years in the social security system in our country.The second chapter presents the actuarial studies of previous Funds which represent today the Unified Insurance Fund of Independently Employed, but in the third chapter is examined what impact the unification of the three previous Funds had in the Unified Fund of Independed Employers. More specifically, how did the Unified Fund progressed, organized, functioned as well as financed and in comparison with the actuarial study of the National Actuarial Authority, we examine how viable this will be over the next few years.In the fourth and last chapter is examined the issue, if the Unified Insurance Fund of Independently Employed, is ready or has the ability to join a new Fund or Funds which has a professional relevance.The main conclusion of this work refers in the non effective operation of Unified Insurance Fund of Independently Employed, in which the operation of it created more problems mainly organizational and operational instead of solving them and without achieving the anticipated economic scales. The Unified Insurance Fund of Independently Employed under these conditions can’t continue in another unification in near future.
