Ζητήματα εφαρμογής του αρ. 253 A παρ. 1 εδ. α' και γ' Κ.Π.Δ.: Ανακριτική διείσδυση και άρση του απορρήτου των επικοινωνιών.

The subject of the present study is the so called “specific inquisitorial acts” of entrapment and revocation of communication cover, which are basically included in the article 253 A, par. 1, quotation (a) and (c) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and constitute one of the procedural “tools” of the domestic and the foreign criminal justice system for combating particularly organized crime and terrorism.
