Abstract:
Με αφορμή το ζήτημα που προέκυψε πρόσφατα με την μονή Βατοπεδίου, παρατίθεται το νομικό πλαίσιο που αφορά την ακίνητη περιουσία των Μονών του Αγίου Όρους. Εξετάζονται επιγραμματικά οι προϋποθέσεις και οι περιορισμοί στην εκποίηση ακινήτων, καθώς και το ζήτημα της θεμελίωσης της κυριότητας επί των ακινήτων των μονών αυτών. Τέλος, γίνονται ορισμένες επισημάνσεις για τις διενεργηθείσες ανταλλαγές μεταξύ του δημοσίου και της μονής Βατοπεδίου.
Abstract:
The case of the Vatopedion Monastery and the land property exchanges is the occasion for the examination of the legal framework concerning the land property of the Mount Athos´ Monasteries. Furthermore, the issue of the validity of the deeds of these Monasteries is briefly analyzed. Finally, a new point of view regarding the losses caused to the Greek government due to the Vatopedion case and the exchanges of land property which took place is projected.
