Σκοπός της μελέτης είναι η ανάδειξη της αξίας της συλλογικής μνήμης για την διαμόρφωση ταυτότητας σε μια κοινωνία. Από την αχανή θεματική περιοχή της επιλέγεται η «κοινωνική μνήμη». Ξεχωρίζει ως σημαντικό εργαλείο της η φωτογραφία. Συνδέονται τα μνημονικά ίχνη με τη λήθη και την επιστήμη της ιστορίας, ως αναπαράσταση του παρελθόντος. Η μελέτη δεν διατυπώνει συμπεράσματα, αλλά παραμένει ανοικτή σε διεπιστημονικούς εμβολιασμούς.
Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to focus and enhance the significance of the collective memory related to the identity formation of a society. From its vast thematic, we selected the “collective memory” and introduced photography as its important tool. The memory traces are linked to “oblivion” and history science, as a representation of the past. The study does not draw final conclusions; on the contrary it is subject to further interdisciplinary inoculations.
