Περίληψη:The work in question followed three fundamental directions: The first one refering to the legal issue, the second which had to do with the ethics and last the sociological one. Refering to the first chapter, it was initially presented the phenomenon of abortion at his historical course. Followed the etymology of abortion the term “foetus” as well as the means of achievement an abortion. Later, there was a reference to the historical and legislative development in native and international level. Mainly, the penal piece of abortion was analysed as well as was sketched out the subject of abortion in interrelation. In regard to the moral parameter of abortion, there was given accent in the perception of Christian ethics toward this thorny question not only in level of rules of church but also in level of anthropology of church. Then, it was examined the exact time that a foetus is considered to be a person, as amenable that is to say also institution right of person, as personality. Moreover, there was a report in the perceptions of women that have proceeded in abortions, as well as the physical, mental and phsycological concequences that the process of abortion can cause. The issue of moral parameter had dealed also with some special cases which are faced with different perception from the «gulves» of church. Finally, we reach the third chapter of our issue which is unbreakably connected with the impact of “phenomenon of” abortion in the society. It included a small report in statistical data that concerned in the fertility of Greece, and in the interelation of abortions with the age and the residence of women as well as with other factors. In addition to this, it was given accent in the significance of maternity as perceives him the society, as well as in the femininity and sexuality of Greeks concerning Greek demographic problem.Followed the opinion of advocates and adversaries of abortion with the use of corresponding arguments of each side. Was sketched out the portrait of woman that proceeds in abortions, which as it is proved, continues facing the abortion as means of contraception incoherently with the post modern West in the shade of which still is found Greece. Then, special indication became in the significance and the mission of familial planning as a ambitious bet with doubtfully however results. The abortion constitutes a phenomenon with international dimensions. This phenomenon happens each day that passes at any point his world. The pregnancy constitutes source charms but can constitute also source of pain. Women different biotic, social, educative, level have leading role in a drama with similar content. The choice that they are called to make constitutes nodal point for the later developments in their life. With regard to the abortion, the only safe conclusion is the fact that although the legislative changes the subject of abortion may cause , the moral and community effects that it causes, it still remains a particularly sensitive and personal subject. Finally, the most important goal to achieve is to inform from early age for the consequences of a birth and of an abortion . Moreover, each government should apply the suitable condition for an easier raising of a child .
