Abstract:
Nowadays, it has been introduced in the scientific debate, the term crimes of the state. In this paper, we reported, the main manifestations and expressions of opinions on this, mostly on the Greek reality, and the increasing incidence of crimes of state is accompanied by the same mutation of the criminal law and cause bending fundamental principles and guarantees. Caused thereby insecurity among citizens, aims and manipulate them in order for the ruling class to ensure continuity.We will deal with the reasons why birth marks of the state and its relations with the public and then we analyze the concept and term "crimes of the state" as a criminal accusation of illegality and the concepts of crimes of obedience, the concept of command and theories conflict in relation to the crimes of the state. Then, we will deal with more specific categories and where the state criminals, such as corruption, organized and economic crime, police brutality and institutional racism.Individual issues of this paper is to invoke public policy to legalize crime, the concepts of security and freedom, and the dilemma of choosing among them, the limits of personal responsibility of individuals and the liability of legal persons " Crimes of the State ", the Genocide and its relation to the crimes of the state, the limits of legality in relation to the crimes of the state - the inertia and indifference to enforce the law and put the influence of technological risks in the crimes of the State.The issue of increasing the number of perpetrators of crimes of the state is another issue that will occupy us. Concluding question is the focus and purpose of the crimes of the State and how to protect individuals from the state's crime action.
